Manufacturing Leader

What You Bring

• Experience: 7+ years in manufacturing operations with at least 5 years in a significant leadership role.

• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Management preferred.

• Expertise: Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and production planning software.

• Leadership: Proven ability to manage complex teams and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.

• Communication: strong ability to analyze KPIs and present data-driven reports to senior management.
