Receptionist

Job Title: Receptionist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in managing front desk operations, answering phones, and assisting with the setup of Cisco phones. You will also support various administrative tasks, such as entering information, writing out job quotes, managing files, and generating and reviewing timesheets weekly. Your contribution will be vital to maintaining the smooth operation of our office. Responsibilities + Answer and direct phone calls, providing excellent customer service. + Assist with the setup and management of Cisco phones. + Enter information accurately and write out job quotes. + Generate and review timesheets on a weekly basis. + Manage files for both the office and clients. + Perform other clerical duties as needed. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint. + 2+ years of experience in administrative roles. + Strong organizational and data entry skills. + Ability to manage office operations and support front desk functions. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hampton, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
