✨ About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on District Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple convenience store locations. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys mentoring teams, self driven, and is comfortable traveling between stores to ensure consistency, performance, and operational excellence.

🛠 Responsibilities:

1. Oversee operations for multiple store locations within the district
2. Ensure company standards are consistently met in service, cleanliness, merchandising, and safety
3. Hire, train, and develop store managers and staff
4. Conduct regular store visits and audits
5. Monitor sales performance, expenses, inventory, and shrink
6. Implement promotional strategies and operational improvements
7. Address staffing needs, performance concerns, and customer issues
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
9. Prepare reports and communicate district performance to upper management
10. Travel regularly within the assigned region

⭐ Requirements:

1. 2+ years of multi-unit management experience (convenience store, retail, or similar field preferred)
2. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
3. Reliable transportation and ability to travel frequently
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and respond quickly to store needs
5. Proficiency in basic reporting, scheduling, budgeting and inventory controls
6. High school diploma required; further education is a plus
