Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule required
• Holiday expectations include 1 major and 1 minor holiday
• Float to general care outside of assigned ICU when needed
• No on-call responsibilities
• Workload dependent on RVU basis with 580 minutes assigned out of 720-minute shift
• ICU assignments may have higher RVU allocation
• One week department orientation followed by shadowing and training to general care
• Third week will involve taking charge of own assignment
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, and PALS
• RRT or CRT certification accepted
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Both PICU and NICU experience required (NOT general pediatrics)
• Virginia license required
• Epic access needed
• Dress code: Charcoal Gray or Pewter scrubs
