Quality Lab Technician (Dublin)

Job Title: Quality Lab Tech - Night Shift

Company Location: Dublin, VA 24084
Shift: Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducting thorough inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborating with team members to identify areas for improvement in quality processes.
• Documenting and reporting findings accurately to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.

Experience Level:

• 1 to 3 years in a quality control or laboratory environment
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting

Desired Skills:

• Experience searching and data entry within Excel
• Experience using micrometers
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in testing and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and share insights.
• A proactive approach to identifying potential quality issues and suggesting solutions.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and quality control methodologies.
