Entry-Level Management Trainee - Marketing & Event Promotions
We are seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our team! Reporting to the Senior Marketing Executive, you will help implement client brand strategies through in-store promotional events, educating consumers about products, and supporting brand development initiatives. This is a hands-on, full-time position ideal for candidates looking to gain experience in marketing, event management, and leadership .
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as primary coordinator for scheduling, booking, and managing events
Act as liaison between client and consumer, maintaining strong relationships
Execute marketing strategies, visual merchandising, and promotional campaigns
Generate leads and book appointments with key decision-makers
Conduct market research and contribute to business development initiatives
Provide excellent customer service for client employees and event attendees
Plan and run events at various venues, ensuring smooth operations
Requirements:
0–5 years of experience in marketing events, retail promotions, sales, or campaigns
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to develop and execute marketing and communications strategies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple high-priority tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Results-driven, energetic, resourceful, and hands-on with strong service orientation
