Now hiring motivated individuals for our Entry-Level Management Training Program designed to fast-track your growth into leadership roles within your first year. Gain hands-on experience in event marketing, sales, and nonprofit outreach while developing the skills to manage campaigns and lead teams.
🔹 What You’ll Do:Cross-train across event marketing, sales, customer relations, and nonprofit outreach campaigns
Assist with managing live fundraising activations and retail-based promotional events
Lead small teams and coordinate event operations within your first 90 days
Build and maintain relationships with nonprofit clients, venues, and retail partners
Analyze campaign performance data to optimize results and improve outreach
Develop leadership, business acumen, and operational skills for full management roles (6–12 months)
Support our West Coast expansion by launching new markets and campaigns
Entry-level professionals eager to grow into marketing, event coordination, and operations leadership
Confident communicators with strong work ethic and a positive, coachable mindset
Self-motivated, goal-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced, people-centric environments

Willingness to travel locally and regionally to support new market growth

Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent required (college students and recent grads encouraged)
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Genuine interest in marketing, leadership development, and nonprofit outreach
