Community Outreach & Fundraising Representative - Entry-Level
We are seeking a motivated Community Outreach & Fundraising Representative to help expand our charity programs and support fundraising initiatives. This is an entry-level position offering hands-on experience in community engagement, event presentations, and donor relations , with opportunities for career growth into management or senior fundraising roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide information about the charity and its programs to prospective supporters
Maintain a strong knowledge of charity accomplishments, on-site projects, statistics, fundraising terms, and sponsorship opportunities
Conduct presentations at events and retail locations to engage new audiences
Achieve sponsorship targets and support donor retention goals
Assist in planning and executing fundraising campaigns and promotional initiatives
Build relationships with donors, sponsors, and community partners to grow the organization’s impact
Qualifications:
Positive, professional, and outgoing personality
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with donors and sponsors
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
