Outside Sales Representative

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

- Identify and secure new business opportunities through consistent prospecting and networking to expand the company presence in the Mid-Atlantic market.
- Collaborate with distribution partners by conducting joint sales calls and training their teams on the specific technical advantages of the towel and tissue product lines.
- Conduct live product demonstrations at end-user sites to showcase superior absorbency and cost-per-use benefits compared to competitors.
- Perform onsite cost-benefit analyses using mathematical comparisons to prove the long-term value of switching to our paper programs.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with existing accounts through regular site visits and proactive problem-solving to ensure high retention.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial quote generation and contract negotiation through to final delivery and post-sale follow-up.
- Represent the brand at regional trade shows and industry events to generate high-quality leads and stay informed on market trends.
- Maintain detailed activity logs and weekly reports to provide leadership with visibility into the regional sales pipeline and upcoming opportunities.
