Outbound Fulfillment Specialist
Picture your shift starting in a clean, climate-controlled warehouse where every order you touch helps a customer get exactly what they need—on time, every time. Whether you prefer an early start or an afternoon rhythm, you’ll move with a steady pace: picking items with precision, packing them securely, and setting shipments in motion.
Position Snapshot
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Openings: Multiple
- Shifts & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $19.50/hour
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $21.45/hour (includes shift differential)
What Your Day Looks Like
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy
- Load and unload trucks or staging areas as needed
- Verify order details and inspect products before they go out the door
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (as assigned)
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Keep your workstation neat, organized, and ready for the next wave of orders
What You Bring
- Previous warehouse experience is required
- Comfort standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Solid basic math skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
