An established concierge primary care practice in Northern Virginia is seeking a physician to join its team as part of a structured patient transition and succession plan.
This opportunity offers the rare ability to step into an existing concierge patient panel with a collaborative onboarding process rather than building a practice from scratch. The incoming physician will work alongside senior physicians during a gradual transition that includes patient introductions, shared visits, and progressive panel ownership. Position Highlights
