Annual Base Salary + Commission

Client Engagement: Actively reach out to potential clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide guidance.

Inbound Call Management: Handle incoming calls with professionalism, addressing customer queries and concerns promptly.

Policy Development: Work closely with clients to develop personalized insurance plans that cater to their specific requirements.

Sales Optimization: Identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance client portfolios and meet sales targets.

Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and regulatory changes to offer informed advice.

Licensing: Must possess an active Virginia Property & Casualty License.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a background in sales preferred.

Communication Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.

Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Customer Focus: Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service and meeting client needs.

Remote Work Capability: Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a hybrid remote work setting.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with insurance management software and CRM systems.
