Content & Digital Media Manager - Lead Generation Specialist
We’re looking for a highly skilled Creative Content & Digital Media Manager to join our team!
This is a remote position focused on content creation, video editing, digital marketing, and managing social media presence across multiple platforms Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and the most importantly—lead generation across all platforms.
**Responsibilities:**
Create, edit, and produce short-form videos for TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Develop and manage content calendars for all social media platforms
Produce high-quality graphic design assets, thumbnails, banners, and ad creatives
Manage and grow multiple brand social media profiles
Create content specifically designed to generate inbound leads and appointments
Edit long-form videos and repurpose content into short-form clips
Assist with digital marketing strategies, including ads, funnels, and branding
Optimize content for engagement, virality, and conversion-focused results
Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent brand messaging
Track analytics and propose improvements based on performance
Implement strategies to increase lead generation, including paid and organic campaigns
**Requirements:**
Proven experience in content creation, lead generation, video editing, and social media management
Strong skills in short-form video editing (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts)
Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
Skills in graphic design using Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or similar tools
Solid understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and growth strategies
Ability to create high-quality videos with fast turnaround
Strong creativity with attention to detail and storytelling
Experience generating leads through content, ads, and social platforms
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
