Utilizing your seasoned team building skills, the Senior Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist will utilize required experiences with an integrated performance management, schedule management, or subject matter expert focus. Essentially, youll lead a team in contract/program cost and/or schedule development and management/analysis for developing engineering programs for critical major components, or production or logistics programs for a large custom subsystems or small total systems. The scope of the programs will have a contract value typically at $20-50M per year, with total program value of $50-300M. Youll lead the development of the program cost and/or schedule baselines within the contract parameters, the analysis of program performance (historical and predictive), the monitoring of the contract/program estimate at completion, and the review of results and recommendations to program teams.

What you bring to the table:
- A Bachelors degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 6 years relevant experience
- Advanced user in EVMS and/or scheduling tools and principles
- Experience in coordination of program requirements across planning stages with several subcontractors across distinct product lines
- Exceptional experience with DCMA audits
