What You'll Be Doing:
Customer Happiness : Delight our clients with top-notch service. You'll be their go-to superhero for all things insurance-related. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Building Relationships : Connect with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions. You'll be their trusted advisor. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Protecting Dreams : Help safeguard what matters most to people - their homes, cars, and futures. You'll be their insurance guardian angel. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
