Student Administrator – EMT Training Program (Part-Time Summer)
CERT, LLC is seeking a Student Administrator to support our summer EMT training academies. This position is responsible for handling the administrative aspects of student management, including collecting required documentation, maintaining student records, coordinating clinical rotations, and ensuring students remain compliant with program requirements.This role serves as the primary administrative point of contact for student-related matters and works closely with instructors and program leadership to ensure students complete all required program documentation and clinical placements.
Key Responsibilities
Student Documentation & Records:
- Collect and track required student paperwork and program forms.
- Ensure all required signatures and documentation are completed and properly filed.
- Maintain organized student records throughout the duration of the program.
Clinical Rotation Coordination:
- Coordinate and schedule student clinical rotations.
- Communicate clinical placement details and expectations to students.
- Track completion of required clinical hours and documentation.
Student Compliance:
- Monitor completion of required forms, background checks, and other program requirements.
- Follow up with students who have incomplete documentation.
Student Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for student administrative questions.
- Communicate important program information and deadlines to students.
Attendance & Program Tracking:
- Assist with monitoring student attendance and administrative compliance.
- Maintain records related to student participation and program requirements.
Parent / Guardian Communication:
- Communicate with parents or guardians when students are minors regarding required documentation or administrative matters.
What This Role Does Not Include:
This position is an administrative role and does not include teaching, grading, or running EMT training sessions.
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking someone who is:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable managing paperwork and administrative processes.
- Professional and able to communicate clearly with students and parents.
- Able to manage multiple student records and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience in education administration, healthcare administration, or program coordination is preferred.
Schedule:
- Part-time hours during the summer EMT academy sessions, generally 20-30 hours per week, depending on academy schedules.
