  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to verify that all work meets design specifications, local building codes, and industry quality standards.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain meticulous daily logs of site activities, progress, material deliveries, and any incidents or issues for the project team.
  • Resource Management: Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment, ensuring everything is available on-site as required to maintain momentum.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Knowledge of established building codes and permit requirements.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office and Project Management software; experience with Procore is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Physical Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
  • Must be able to work Monday – Friday 7:00AM – 5:00PM; additional work may be required

Anticipated Hiring Range: $90,000 - $140,000 annually.
