Position OverviewWe are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Sales Engineer specializing in Steam HVAC to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the steam systems sector, providing technical expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the steam boiler market.
- Provide technical support and expertise to clients regarding steam systems and solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to tailor solutions that meet client specifications.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in sales engineering, specifically in steam systems and industrial HVAC.
- Strong knowledge of hydronic equipment, pumping systems, and steam equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into customer-friendly solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site assessments.
