About the Role:

North Point Senior Homecare is looking for compassionate and dedicated PCAs, CNAs, NAs, and HHAs to join our growing team in Virginia Beach, VA. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support to senior clients in their homes
• Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Support safe mobility and transfers, including assistance with walking and positioning
• Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed care plans
• Transport or accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed

Requirements:

• Current certification or experience as a PCA, CNA, NA, or HHA preferred
• Prior experience in home care, elder care, or a related healthcare setting is a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Physically able to assist with lifting, transferring, and supporting clients
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care
