UI Developer with Snowflake (VA)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Senior UI Developer with a strong background in cloud computing and expertise in Snowflake and Cybase/Postgres. This role requires a senior-level professional who can influence technical decisions and drive the development of user-centric applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement intuitive user interfaces for client's cloud-based applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to define and deliver innovative solutions.
• Leverage Snowflake for data integration and management within UI applications.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability to meet user demands.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and contribute to architectural discussions.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure best practices in UI development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI development with a strong portfolio of web applications.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly Snowflake.
• Familiarity with database management systems, specifically Cybase and Postgres.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of backend technologies and APIs.
