Blast Operator/General Laborer Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )

• Operate blasting equipment to clean, prepare, and finish metal components
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area
• Perform general labor tasks to support production and meet daily output goals
• Inspect parts for cleanliness and quality before and after blasting
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols

Blast Operator/General Laborer Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, blasting, or general labor preferred (will train the right candidate)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, standing, and repetitive motion
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
