Business Analyst
Location: McLean, VA (100% Onsite from Day 1)
Duration: 6 Months
Important: Only local McLean/Northern Virginia candidates who can attend face-to-face interviews should be submitted.
The ideal candidate has 8-10 years of Business Analysis experience, with strong expertise in requirements gathering, stakeholder management , SQL, Snowflake, and Dremio . They should be comfortable analyzing database structures, validating production data, and supporting production deployments. A solid understanding of system architecture, strong communication skills, and the flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend deployments are essential. Candidates must be local to McLean, VA, available for 100% onsite work from Day 1, and able to attend an in-person interview.

Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Perform SQL queries to validate and analyze business data.
- Work with Snowflake and Dremio for data analysis and reporting.
- Support production deployments through validation and testing.
- Understand system architecture to analyze impacts and recommend improvements.
- Investigate production issues and coordinate with technical teams.
- Create clear documentation for business processes and system functionality.
- Participate in weeknight or weekend production deployments when required.
