Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks across multiple properties (commercial/office).
• Handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC (light), carpentry, flooring, and general building repairs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Respond to tenant service calls promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized workspaces and inventory.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of property maintenance or facilities experience.
• Broad knowledge in plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and general repair.
• Must have reliable transportation and basic tools.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and complete tasks on time.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Must pass a drug screening (drug-free workplace).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with commercial or multi-unit buildings.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.
• Leadership experience or ability to train junior maintenance staff.
