Key Responsibilities of an HVAC Service Technician:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC and refrigeration systems to identify performance issues

- Present repair, replacement, and maintenance options to customers with clear and transparent pricing

- Complete repairs, installations, and routine maintenance efficiently and safely

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional and courteous service on every job

- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and collect payments as required

Skills and Qualifications of an HVAC Service Technician:

- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role

- Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers

- EPA 608 Certification

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and working in confined spaces

- Over two years of experience in servicing HVAC systems
