We are seeking a highly capable and nurturing Living Nanny to join our household and provide comprehensive support in managing our home and caring for our newborn. The ideal candidate will be an organized, responsible, and experienced individual who can take charge of various household duties while also providing a positive and educational environment for our newborn. Responsibilities: Childcare and Early Learning Development: Provide attentive and compassionate care for the newborn, creating a safe and nurturing environment. Plan and execute educational activities, lessons, and learning experiences tailored to the newborns' needs and interests. Ensure a structured daily routine, including nap time, educational play, and recreational activities. Foster a love for learning and encourage intellectual curiosity. Cooking: Plan and prepare well-balanced and nutritious meals for the entire family. Accommodate any dietary restrictions or preferences, ensuring all meals are healthy and appealing. Monitor food inventory, create shopping lists, and do grocery shopping as required. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all cooking equipment is in good working order. House Manager Duties: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the household and maintain its smooth functioning. Supervise and coordinate domestic staff as needed. Ensure the house is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times. Personal Assistance: Assist the parents with various tasks and responsibilities, offering support and initiative where needed. Accompany the family during travels and vacations, if required. Run errands and handle miscellaneous tasks to support the family's needs. Qualifications: Previous experience in childcare, education, and/or house management is essential. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple responsibilities and maintain a high level of organization. Strong communication skills, both with children and adults. Proficiency in planning and conducting early learning activities. Knowledge of nutrition and the ability to prepare healthy meals for the family. Discretion and respect for the family's privacy. First aid and CPR certification is preferred. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record may be required for errands and transportation. Working Conditions: This is a live-in position, requiring the nanny to reside in the family's home. The job may involve irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, based on the family's needs and schedule. The living nanny will be an integral part of the family's daily life, and flexibility is expected.
