What You’ll Do:
As our Activities Director, you’ll lead the charge in revitalizing and energizing our life enrichment program. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t wait for direction — someone who sees opportunity, takes initiative, and builds something residents look forward to daily.
Your responsibilities will include:
Designing and implementing creative, engaging daily and monthly activity programs
Bringing new energy and innovative ideas to enhance resident participation
Organizing games, music, arts & crafts, fitness classes, outings, themed events & intergenerational activities
Creating personalized engagement plans based on resident interests
Encouraging involvement and fostering meaningful connections
Collaborating with nursing, dietary, and leadership teams to enhance the overall resident experience
Tracking participation and continuously improving programming
Who We’re Looking For:
Experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or senior recreation preferred
Certified Activity Director (or willing to obtain certification)
A creative self-starter with the initiative to rebuild and elevate a program
Energetic, positive, and highly organized
Strong leadership and communication skills
Someone who thrives on turning ideas into action
A genuine passion for enriching the lives of seniors
