Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney
Pay: $140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Note: Must have 1+ years of transactional real estate experience in a law firm and be admitted to practice in Virginia.

Job Description
- Handle commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development
- Draft and negotiate core deal documents and support closings
- Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel to keep matters moving
- Support transactions across multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and manufactured housing asset classes
Qualifications
- 1+ years of transactional commercial real estate experience in a law firm
- Active Virginia Bar admission (in good standing)
- Strong drafting, communication, and organization skills
- Able to manage multiple matters with attention to detail
- Relocation welcome (at candidate’s expense)
