UHC - Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistnat - Courtland, VA (Kaleb)
We are seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physicians Assistant, interested in working with a care model that delivers exceptional results in post-acute and long-term care at a Skilled Nursing Facility. This position will serve the Courtland, VA. New Grads are Welcome!
Responsibilities:
Start date: ASAP
- Six (6) month contract with an option to convert to permanent
- Full Time contract; up to 40hrs/week
- M-F 8a-5p
- Pay: $70 Hourly (Plus housing and trans. if needed)
- Required: Med Management/Screening/Stabilization for inpatient; treating anxiety/depression
- Coordinate and provide exceptional and appropriate care to patients
- Communicate with nursing staff and collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
- ADC 20-22 patients/day
- EMR: Gehrimed; Facility uses Point Click Care; training provided
- Ability to document on site or at home; laptop provided; document within 24-48hrs max.
Qualifications:
- FNP; current CME’s for treating psychiatric patients
- Active/clear VA NP License
- Unencumbered DEA license required
- Self-motivated, directed, flexible and a team player
- Ability to chart daily visits in an EMR in a timely manner
- Clean Background for expedited credentialing
- Positive attitude and customer service oriented
- Must have full vaccination for COVID19
