A leading Magnet hospital in Virginia is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their leadership team as the Associate Vice President of Women and Infant Health. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation, enhance patient care, and shape the future of Women's & Infant Services in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop policies that elevate patient care standards within the Women's & Infant Services Division.

Establish and implement goals, objectives, and performance standards to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Oversee department operations in alignment with hospital policies and procedures.

Collaborate with hospital administration to ensure nursing services support overall institutional goals.

Serve as a key advisor in evaluating and implementing procedural changes related to patient care.

Supervise and ensure compliance with nursing standards to promote optimal healthcare delivery.

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.

Master's Degree in a relevant field preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of nursing leadership experience within Obstetric or Maternal Child Health.
