What You’ll Be Doing

• Craft fresh, premium subs and handle catering orders that keep our community fueled
• Deliver outstanding customer service with enthusiasm and positivity
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
• Support your team during fast-paced, exciting shifts
• Lead by example and develop your leadership skills every day

Compensation & Benefits

• Training Pay: $13.00/hr + guaranteed tips ($2.00+/hr) — your effective pay starts at $15.00/hr
• Shift Leaders: $13.00–$14.00/hr + guaranteed tips, with total pay ranging from $15.00–$16.00/hr based on experience
• Managers in Training (MIT): $13.00–$15.00/hr + guaranteed tips, earning an effective pay of $15.00–$17.00/hrdepending on experience

Who We’re Looking For

• Driven, reliable, and positive individuals
• Passionate about serving others and growing their skills
• Available weekends and open availability for leadership roles
• 18+ to qualify as a Shift Leader (due to slicer use)
• Valid driver’s license for management and catering roles
• Food service or leadership experience is a plus—but if you’re coachable, we’ll train you!
