Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial plumbing service experience
- Must live within 1 hour of Rockville, MD or Alexandria, VA
- Journeyman plumbing license and/or backflow certification preferred , but not required
- Familiar with ProPress, MegaPress, solder, brazing, no-hub, PVC cement, CPVC, and steel threaded pipe
- Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems
- Ability to work on-call schedule (once every 2 months)
- Ability to read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and deliver excellent customer service
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to pass background checks
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds , work in confined spaces, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable using digital tools and mobile work order systems
- Must be reliable, professional, and team-oriented
