Our work culture fosters collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning. Position Overview: We are seeking skilled Software Engineers to support Army National Guard modernization initiatives. This role focuses on application migration, containerization, and cloud-native transformation of enterprise systems. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift environments and a strong background in enterprise IT modernization. The ideal candidate has strong experience in enterprise IT environments, understands federal security compliance frameworks, and can deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Execute application migration and containerization initiatives
- Refactor applications for cloud-native deployment architectures
- Configure and manage container orchestration platforms
- Conduct application testing in cloud environments to ensure performance and reliability
- Support decommissioning of legacy infrastructure following successful migrations
- Collaborate with architects, DevOps teams, and program stakeholders
- Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirements
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration
- Cloud platform certifications (AWS/Azure)
