The Opportunity:

That is why we need an experienced Classified Support Coordinator like you who can analyze every aspect of your customer's operations and provide high-quality mission support.

As part of our team, you'll serve as a Classified Support Coordinator to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), helping oversee the creation and execution of advanced government-funded research and development programs in microelectronics.

As a Classified Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing incoming requirements in coordination with office leadership, the front office team, broader security team, and across the technical office. You will also be readily available to shift your focus to fulfill emerging client requests. Your attention to detail, flexibility, communication skills, understanding of the client mission, and problem solving will enable the mission's success.

As a Classified Support Coordinator, you will work closely with a high-performing, fast-paced team to support government office leadership and Program Manager clients. You will lead the team in coordinating internal and external classified taskers across cross-functional teams, tracking important milestones, actions, and briefing requirements, prioritizing work by considering its risk, importance, urgency, and potential business, organizational, and client implications, drafting, writing, and editing reports, briefs, correspondence, and other documents, and liaising and coordinating meetings with key internal and external stakeholders.

You Have:

• Experience interacting and communicating with senior level executives, including SES or GS-15
• Experience working with technical staff or engineers
• Experience working in a secure facility with classified material
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams
• Ability to effectively manage multiple short and long-term projects
• Ability to pay attention to details and provide diligent adherence to deadlines and deliverables
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working in the front office in a government R&D environment
• Experience with the military or DoD
• Experience supporting a DoD front office
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Possession of excellent organizational skills
• Possession of exceptional project management skills
• Possession of excellent spelling and grammar skills

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
