About the Role:
We are looking for financial accountants to join our expanding team. In this role, you will manage multiple client accounts, ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date. Your ability to build and maintain client relationships, provide timely financial reporting, and offer outstanding service will be key to both client satisfaction and overall success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple clients
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support year-end close and tax filings as needed
- Collaborate on client projects

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Experience managing multiple client accounts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability during normal business hours to support clients
