This is an entry-level position with no experience required — just bring a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!

As a Helper, you’ll support our experienced sheet metal and HVAC installation team working in high-end, custom-built homes throughout Northern Virginia. This is a great opportunity to start a career in the trades with a company that invests in your future.

Duties:

• Assist with the installation of ductwork, furnaces, and HVAC systems
• Support technicians on the job site with tools, materials, and general labor
• Help set equipment like outdoor condensers and furnace units
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Learn the trade and gain hands-on experience every day

Requirements:

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• A team player who takes pride in their work
• Punctual and reliable
• No experience required — we’ll train the right person
