Position

• As a Cloud Engineer on our team, youll design and implement solutions for complex deployments in the Cloud using any of the major Cloud providers. Participate in architecture reviews of cloud designs. Work on green fields and pre-built deployments. Provide input on proper securing of services used in Amazon Web Services deployments. Design and deploy cloud infrastructure resources supporting ingest, storage, and analytic solutions using distributed technologies at scale. Youll collaborate closely with fellow cloud architects and engineers.
• Expert Cloud Architects assist in leading and overseeing the planning and development of cloud services architecture. They ensure analysis of cloud service alternatives are conducted and prioritized to ensure the Government properly architects' business and mission solutions using cloud bases systems and services.
• Whether modernizing legacy computing platforms and applications or building new ones from scratch, youll have the latest tech and brightest teammates to change unconventional warfare for the better. Are you ready to grow your skills at the leading edge of innovation?

You Will

• Assists with leading cultural change for cloud adoption
• Assists with overseeing development and coordination of cloud architectures
• Develop cloud strategies and coordinate adoption of cloud-based solutions
• Provides oversight and guidance to Senior, Mid-level, and Junior contractor Cloud Architects

Required

• Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, or equivalent Expert level work experience as a Cloud Architect
• Expert experience in cloud-based systems architecting
• One or more Cloud Certifications o Cloud Certified Solutions Architect o AWS Certified
  • Cisco Certified Networking Administrator Cloud o Cisco Certified Network Professional Cloud o IBM Certified Cloud Solution Architect o MCSE Cloud Platform and Infrastructure
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP7-CMA)

Nice if You Have

• Previous working experience in government or industry, within Cloud Architect profession
• Experience architecting solutions using structured and unstructured Big Data
• Experience architecting solutions using Automation, Augmentation and Artificial Intelligence technologies
• Experience architecting solutions using Model Based Systems Engineering
