Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support access awareness throughout the property. You will also deliver outstanding customer service and communication while working with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and grounded in integrity.

Pay Rate: $23.36 / Hour
Job Schedule:
DayTimeFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat03:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations, helping to identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and report unauthorized persons, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations according to post instructions.
- Complete routine reports and logs related to patrol activity, incidents, and/or daily operations, helping to support orderly site operations and consistent communication.
Minimum Requirements:
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
- CPR and First Aid are preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
