Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks on construction sites as directed by the site foreman or supervisor
• Assist with site grading, development, specialty concrete work, and installation of underground utilities and systems
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety rules and company policies
• Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
• Support team members with various duties to ensure project completion

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Previous experience in heavy civil construction is preferred but not required
