General Laborer

Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks on construction sites as directed by the site foreman or supervisor
- Assist with site grading, development, specialty concrete work, and installation of underground utilities and systems
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety rules and company policies
- Operate basic hand and power tools as needed
- Support team members with various duties to ensure project completion
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Previous experience in heavy civil construction is preferred but not required
- Commitment to workplace safety
