Sunbelt Staffing is looking for an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated healthcare team in Richmond, VA, for a 13-week assignment. This role requires proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase software. This is a great opportunity for a committed RN to provide quality care in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and document patient information using OASIS standards
• Develop and manage personalized care plans in line with patient needs
• Deliver direct nursing care, including wound care and medication administration
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on post-discharge care and health practices

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Virginia
• Proficiency in OASIS and experience with Homecare Homebase required
• 2 years of Home Health experience preferred
• Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
• Locals and travelers both accepted
