Job Opportunity – CRNA – Virginia
Start Date: June 1, 2026
Location: Virginia
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week or three 12-hour shifts plus weekend availability; one rotating Saturday per month; no call required
Highlights:
- 13-week contract with potential for extension at a Level 1 trauma center
- Work in a collaborative environment with 60 CRNAs, 70 attending anesthesiologists, and 60 anesthesia residents
- Flexible practice locations including main OR (33 rooms), outpatient surgery center (12 rooms), endoscopy center (4 rooms), and 16 offsite anesthesia locations
- Full scope CRNA practice excluding open heart/thoracic, pediatrics, obstetrics, and peripheral nerve blocks
- Epic EMR system in a 600-bed hospital system
- No call coverage required; consistent weekly schedule with upfront time-off requests
Requirements:
- Active or eligible Virginia CRNA license
- Board Certification required
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association
- Minimum 2 years of CRNA experience; academic background and Level 1 or 2 trauma experience preferred
- Recent inpatient experience strongly preferred; outpatient-only candidates may be considered
- Flu vaccine required (no exemptions); COVID-19 vaccine documentation may be requested
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
- Two professional references required with submission
