What your day looks like
Sunup finds you reviewing repair orders, loading parts, and rolling out to support our fleet and heavy equipment in the field. You plug into machines with electronic diagnostic tools, pinpoint the issue, and get iron back to work—safely and quickly. Before you wrap, you capture accurate notes, parts used, and any manufacturer updates to keep our records tight.
Core work you will own- Use electronic diagnostic equipment to identify faults and perform service with precision
- Evaluate mechanical and electrical malfunctions and apply the correct fix
- Document repairs thoroughly, ensuring parts, updates, and equipment requirements reflect current manufacturer guidance
- Tackle additional tasks as assigned by your manager or supervisor
- Support business demands with overtime when needed (more than 40 hours per week)
- Apply deep knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel engines in daily troubleshooting
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Driver's License and a safe driving record required
- Current CDL with air brake preferred, not required
- 5+ years of hands-on heavy equipment maintenance required

This position is open to candidates who are fully authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored visa support.
Physical demands and work environmentYou can lift, carry, and maneuver items up to 70 lbs, including bulky components. Expect frequent reaching, standing, stooping, kneeling, and bending, working onto and under various equipment. You’re comfortable working outdoors in extreme heat, cold, dampness, and humidity.
