Construction Layout Surveyor / Party Chief
Our client is a leader in 3D construction modeling and layout, is seeking an experienced Construction Layout Surveyor to support large data center projects in Fredericksburg and surrounding areas.
Ideal candidates will have:
2–5 years of construction layout experience, with strong attention to accuracy and quality
Proficiency with GPS and Robotic Systems
Ability to work independently as a 1-person crew
Comfort working outdoors in varying conditions, lifting up to 50 lbs, and wearing PPE
Valid driver’s license and Microsoft Office skills
