APPTIUM Technologies is seeking a Technical Project Manager, who will be responsible for successfully managing Operations and Development activities to complete delivery of a product. As a Technical Project Manager, you will work closely with the team to support business goals and to help ensure Apptium products are released in a timely manner.
Roles Responsibilities
- Plan and execute the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) for application development.
- Manage scope, schedules, and provide day-to-day guidance to technical teams in coordination with leadership.
- Liaise with customers for capability demonstrations and attend both technical and operational planning meetings.
- Communicate project timelines, milestones, risks, and estimated delivery dates effectively to senior management.
- Drive operations and development teams to meet delivery deadlines efficiently.
- Plan and coordinate project activities across business units, including team meetings and related communications.
- Collaborate with department leads to develop comprehensive project timelines and structures.
- Facilitate discussions to drive decision-making and project completion.
- Proactively identify, mitigate, and communicate risks to minimize scheduling impacts.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and coordinate Sprints in Agile development.
- Manage Agile-based development projects, including project planning, risk assessment, resource allocation, cost estimation, and monitoring.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, with a minimum of five (5) years in system/software solution development and delivery.
- Experience managing full life cycle software development (SDLC) projects using Agile methodologies.
- Strong verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to customers and senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in support of large-scale systems development.
- Strong technical acumen to identify dependencies and risks in software development projects.
- Professional experience working within both Jira and Azure DevOps systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
- Certified Scrum Master is a plus.
- Understanding of Telecommunications industry standards and methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and experience with MAC is a plus.
