We’re seeking a licensed CPA to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who values thoughtful client engagement, meticulous documentation, and collaborative problem-solving. You’ll work closely with leadership to manage tax filings, advisory services, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual, business, and nonprofit tax returns
• Assist with audits, appeals, and regulatory filings
• Support client intake and documentation workflows
• Communicate complex financial concepts with clarity and empathy
• Contribute to internal process automation and compliance tracking
• Collaborate on sensitive client communications and strategic planning

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license (required)
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or a similar role
• Strong understanding of tax codes, compliance frameworks, and ethical standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with accounting software and digital workflow tools
• Experience with nonprofit governance or estate planning is a plus

We are growing our practice in the area and we are looking for a person who is comfortable taking this entry level position to grow into a staff accountant. This position is ideal for a teammate who is looking for a long-term full-time position

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of tax preparation experience/accounting and have a Bachelor’s in accounting from an accredited college. Responsibilities include helping in tax preparation for individuals, partnerships, and corporations . You will work directly with our clients and as a team member to provide support to CPA's
