Press Brake Operator - 1st shift Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $27.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 03:00pm )

• Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form metal parts to required specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Select proper tooling, dies, and machine settings for each job
• Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other precision tools
• Adjust machine settings to maintain accuracy and meet tolerance requirements
• Perform first-piece and in-process quality checks
• Load and unload raw materials and finished parts safely
• Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report mechanical issues
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Press Brake Operator - 1st shift Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1–3+ years of press brake or metal fabrication experience preferred
• Experience working with CNC-controlled press brake machinery is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Strong math skills and understanding of measurements and tolerances
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods
