Spanish Linguist/Language Analyst - CAT III - TS/SCI - Quantico, VA

In this position, you will use your passion for foreign language and strong oral communication, written communication, and critical thinking skills to research, translate, transcribe, report, and analyze foreign intelligence. Your Spanish and English skills will provide key decision makers with a complete and accurate picture of the context within which the decision is being made (i.e. provide an understanding of the nuance, context, cultural overtones, and dialect in which the communication occurred).

You will work in support of the Office of Counterintelligence. Requires a high degree of skill in translating documents or performing verbal translations that meet either the American Translation Association Standards, acceptable Defense Language Proficiency Test scores (minimum 3/3), or native proficiency as determined by an Interagency Language Roundtable Test skill level of 3-4 in the target language in speaking, reading, writing, listening, and Advanced Working Proficiency (ILRT level 3) in English.

Requirements

• Have a current TS/SCI security clearance
• Be willing to submit to a polygraph once approved for the position
• Have a DLPT or ILR score in Spanish of 3/3 or higher
• Test scores reflecting current proficiency will not be greater than one year old
• Must have experience in 2 of the following: OSINT, Social Media, HUMINT, Counterintelligence. (*Must be reflected on resume).
