Salary: Base salary $80,000 -$120,000 per year + commissions = OTE $250,000 - $500,000 per year
We are looking for a high-performing Commercial Account Manager to drive growth and expand our presence across the Northern Virginia and DC Metro region.
This role is ideal for a relationship-driven business developer who enjoys being in the field, building partnerships, and turning conversations into long-term business opportunities. You will develop relationships with local businesses, insurance agents, and property managers while identifying new ways to grow our presence in the market.
Compensation:
Base Pay $80,000-$120,000 per year + Commissions = OTE $250,000-$500,000+per year
Location:
This position is based in the Northern Virginia / DC Metro area and requires daily local travel for client meetings, networking events, and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively build and maintain a network within the local business community
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, and partnerships
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions
- Manage and grow a pipeline of new and existing opportunities
- Track activity and outcomes to identify growth opportunities and measure success
- Close opportunities by connecting the right solutions to client needs

Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
