At Lifes At Home Care, we dont just provide carewe bring comfort, connection, and peace of mind to the families we serve. Were looking for a Weekend Lead Care Provider (Floater) to deliver high-quality care while supporting our team across Hampton Roads. Certification Required No Exceptions
Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required.
Applicants must provide a hard or soft copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview. What We Offer
Guaranteed weekend hours
$50/week travel stipend

Travel between client homes across Hampton Roads
Cover weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday)
Support and guide caregivers in the field
Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding)
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
Provide medication reminders and documentation
Offer companionship and emotional support
Assist with client transitions and urgent coverage needs What Youll Need
Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification ( Required No Exceptions )
At least 1 year of caregiving experience
Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly
Strong communication and leadership skills
