Mid-level Cloud Application Developer

Atlas Tech is seeking a Mid-level Cloud Application Developer to implement a Microsoft Dynamics 365 application to support our customers move into a SaaS environment. An ideal candidate will have experience developing software architectures for a public facing web application, data architectures to support data submission from public sources and data developed by internal users and working in a DoD environment.

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable web applications. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full web applications life cycle, from conception to deployment as well as working to upgrade current applications. This role will also be responsible for maintaining web applications after deployment.

You Will:

• Support customizing, maintaining and designing/implementing CRM solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365, M365, and Azure Cloud Services
• Creating/Enhancing a well-informed cloud strategy, based on client's business needs, and managing the adaptation process)
• Implementing validated customers’ requirements using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Collaborating with teams to create DoDAF diagrams and artifacts.
• Iterating with Team Leads to define/clarify business requirements, estimate development costs, and finalize work plans.
• Implementing applicable IT security controls based on STIGs and other DoD’s security measures. Applying high availability and disaster recovery design principles to applications deployment. Creating detailed plans and documentation for the extraction of legacy Oracle data into the new cloud-based solutions.
• Designing and developing APIs
• Write technical documentation.

You Have:

• U.S. Citizenship.
• A minimum of a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance.
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (preferred but not required).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Pages, Bootstrap 5, Dynamics, Dataverse and Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service module.2-5 years of hands-on experience programming and developing web applications. Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience required.
• Experience with scripting and object-oriented programming languages such as JavaScript, GitLab, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, or similar. Strong JavaScript skills.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Familiarity with the most common SQL variations (preferably SQL Server and Postgres).
• Familiarity with API Creation and RESTful services.
• Working knowledge of modern JavaScript libraries like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Familiarity with GitLab or other Git based platforms.
• Experience working in both Linux and Windows server environments.
• Familiarity with the most common Amazon Web Services (S3, EC2, SQS, Lambda, RDS).
• Experience designing, building, maintaining, testing, and debugging modern technology stacks.
• Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• The ability to solve problems and take on difficult challenges, finding creative solutions.
• The ability to work in a dynamic, high-paced, team environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• 8570 compliances required: Security baseline certification and OS environment certification.

Technologies Involved

• Expertise in ASP.NET, Web APIs, Python, Java, Node.js
• Experienced with SaaS low/no-code apps in Microsoft Dynamics 365, PaaS, IaaS
• Experienced with Azure App Services for Web, Azure Cosmos DB for globally distributed NoSQL databases, and Azure SQL for RDBMS database services.
• Oracle WebLogic, Oracle Enterprise Business Solutions (EBS)
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft M365
• Document Management services such as Microsoft SharePoint.
• Oauth, MultiFactor Authentication, Zero-Trust, Authen/AuthZ
