Fast paced Home Improvements office looking for a qualified Office Administrator to oversee administrative tasks at our Fairfax VA office.

As the Office Administrator for the company, you will provide valuable support to the Sales and Executive Team while also performing crucial office management duties. The ideal candidate is proactive, flexible and can conduct multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A candidate with a great attitude and strong communication skills is most ideal!

DUTIES

• Organize and supervise the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure that the office runs smoothly.
• Provide administrative support to other Executives and Sales Team as necessary and directed.
• Maintain time and attendance for employees and ones self
• Transmitting information/documents via computer, mail, and phone.
• Maintain employee records.
• Update financial and operations reports.
• Reconciling and submitting expense reports
• Facilitate new hires.
• Answer and direct calls.
• Learn and Manage CRM program.
• Daily outbound calls are a consistent part of the schedule.

QUALIFICATION

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years related record keeping and supervision with the construction industry and or equivalent combination of education and post-secondary experience.
• Professional demeanor with co-workers, vendors, and customers.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks with completing deadlines.
• Highly attentive to detail.

Salary based on experience.

• Microsoft Office: 5 years (Preferred)
• Office manager experience: 2 years (Preferred)
